Retreats – Offsite Meetings – Team Building Programs: We are confident in our ability to design highly creative and engaging programs for you and your team. Programs are designed to meet your most important goals for your group, whether that would be increasing comfort and camaraderie, stimulating creativity, or tackling a pressing problem or challenge. We have the knowledge, experience and creative expertise to support your goals with focused and effective programming.

Individual Private Coaching: A minimum commitment of three months is required and essential to making meaningful and lasting progress. These 90-day Deep Dives consist of weekly phone calls or bi-weekly in person sessions  — or a combination that works — where we clarify and pursue up to three specific goals, ideals, directions. *If possible in terms of time and resources, a six month commitment is highly recommended. Real change and growth takes time!
